A NEW STRATEGY TO HIRE OVER 100 PEOPLE IN 30 DAYS!

The term triple digit recruiting is used in network marketing when at least one hundred people are hired in a month!
Most people are amazed when they hear that a small team of people brought in so many new hires within such a short time frame. The first time our team accomplished this everyone else seemed amazed at our results; however most of the team was disappointed. The reason why is because we had four people in line to get promoted that month that missed getting promoted by one hire! So while we accomplished something good, we also had some disappointed teammates. One important factor was that, we were all using the same system of recruiting. Everyone on our team knew that the system was working and we had the results to prove it. Let me explain how it worked; for that whole month a small group of determined people met back at the office every night at eleven o’clock, five to six nights a week. In that meeting, anyone who recruited someone that day would get to tell the team exactly how they did it in short. Upon entering the office everyone would submit their “activity report” to me, and I would then direct them to either have a seat in the back or whether they should head towards the front of the room, because they would be speaking to the rest of the team. When the meeting was over [approximately one hour] I thanked everyone that showed up and reminded them that we would be meeting again at the same time! As I reviewed the activity reports that were submitted to me, I noticed the spike in activity. Everyone had activity even if they had not recruited anyone; some had new prospects, while others had made sales, referrals, and so forth. And as a direct result of activity reporting, our ratios started to increase. By the end of the second week I noticed a dramatic change in the numbers, we surpassed our previous month by almost double, yet we still had two full weeks to go in the month. It was at that moment that I made the decision to start a two week contest, and that there would be only three winners. The contest started that evening and the numbers had nothing to do with the first two weeks that had already passed. This way everyone could compete to win regardless of what they did the previous two weeks. When the third week was completed the numbers indicated that we were on track for a triple digit recruiting month. The main reason why I knew that we were definitely on track to triple digit recruiting was because of the tremendous amount of activity within the team. As a direct result of us meeting together almost every night for one month, I could forecast the future! With only one day to go in the month, we had people pushing to win the contest; others were going for promotions, and a lot of new faces at our weekly opportunity meetings.
