free website...are you kidding me?

When i first got started online i signed up for one of those free websites, hoping to build a business.Not really knowing about how to build a website, i thought that this was the way to do it. I was not familiar with web designing,web hosting and all the other factors that go into building a website.

After three weeks of using the free website i still could not figure out why it somehow didn't make sense to me.All the features that i wanted my site were not accessible,and at every corner there was some type of [subliminal] message saying.

UPGRADE...

The only way that i would be able to build a real website with all the features is too upgrade. The reason why this might be important is because you can waste time thinking that a free website can take you where you want to go.

The truth is that there are a lot of free website offers and they advertise that you get free website templates, and free hosting. But what they don't tell you is that you will be extremely limited in terms of how many web pages you get.

What about band width and web stats that track visitors.Can i upload my videos on a free website? Can i sell products on a free website?

The truth of the matter is that the free website offer is the bait. Once you bite, they [ free website provider] starts to real you in with a series of messages telling you to UPGRADE...

Everybody knows that most things that are free usually has little value [except air,water, etc]. So don't get caught up in trying to do everything free of charge,

At some point you will have to make an investment, whether it be time,money, or both. The free website with the free hosting and the free domain name that has their name along with your name in the url is kind of  unprofessional if you are serious about building a website.

Your visitors will not take you seriously.

How about the banner located on every page advertising the words "get a free website".

No thanks i would rather pay a reasonable price and get more options!

You can get the same hosting that i use. I have yet to find a better hosting company.
